Try-It Tuesdays: Making Masa (4-8th grade)

Not sure what to do with your summer? Come hang with us! Try-It Tuesdays are drop-in hands-on programs aimed at students entering 4th through 8th grade.  All materials provided, no registration necessary. This Tuesday, we'll be learning all about corn!  While we read The Secret Garden of George Washington Carver, we're going to try to make tortillas from scratch in the library!  I make no promises about how they'll turn out, but we'll all learn something fun.  Please do not attend if allergic to corn.  Thank you!
